Definition: Something to store your personal stuff on.
Sentance: i inserted the hard drive into the computer.
Mouse:
definition: Something to find your way around the computer.
Sentance: I clicked on the mouse to get to where i wanted it to go.
RAM: Stands for random access memory,any byte of memory can be accessed without touching the preceding bytes.
Sentance:I used the RAM to store my data on.
Laptop:
Definition:A laptop is a personal computer that you can take any where.
Sentance:i tok my laptop to school so i could study.

Definition: A type of portable personal computer.
Sentance: i took my notebook to my friends house.

Definition: Universal Serial Bus,is something you can store pictures, music, files ect...
Sentance: i took my USB so i could get some pictures for my project.

Sentance: i went to the IBM to get my computer fixed.

1. Was the feedback you recieved from your Peer Assessments valuable? WHY?
Some of the feed back was wrong, but most of it was handy. because it made us realise that we needed more information and we didnt meet all the critea that was needed..


2. Where the comments general or specific? Which were more helpful?
It was a bit of both thay said it was over all good but they also included specific things that will help us and also had some constructive critism..

3. How can the group's improve the quality of their feedback?
They could get it right because one of them said we copied and pasted which we didnt. They probably could use a bit more detail in which they were trying to explain..

4. What changes will you make to improve the quality of the feedback you give?
I think i would include more information and put some sounds and some hyperlinks and i think the feed back would have been a lot better..

5. Do you value other group's feedback and opinions? why or why not?
Yes, i like having feed back because it shows us where we can improve on.. and i like it when we get positive feed back because it makes us feel good.. :)

the title of the blog is 'beach blog'.
the whole blog is about the beach an surfing.
the latest post was on the 23rd of march 2010
i did enjoy reading part of the blog because i like the beach and i want to learn how to surf.
the kind of language that the auther used sounded like it was profesional but it also sounded like it was aimed at all ages.
i think people who werent interested in this blog would understand it because it was pretty straight forward.
most of the posts that were on the blog were positive but some were just saying i hate the beach and stuff like that.

1. What is the internet? Write your own definition. Think about how YOU use it...and how others use it too!
the internet is where you can search pretty much any thing. we use it to download things search things and use it for homework, we use it for social networking aswell

2.Where would we ACCESS information if the internet did NOT exist? i would access information from books the library. i would ask people to tell me every thing they no about what i am trying to research.

3.WHERE and HOW would we SHARE information if the internet did not exist? we could still text people. we would be able to write letters to people.

-if someone puts an unwanted picture of you on the internet you have to ask them to take them off.
-if you are having problems with hackers the best web site to go to would be www.getsafeonline.org.
- i dont give out heaps of information on my facebook or myspace. i would never put my full address on there.
-the dangers of giving out your personal details is someone could turn up at your door. or they could be stalking you, or be sending you unwanted messages.
-the sites offer privacy setting so they will not be responsible if something goes wrong. yes, i do have privacy settings
-it is important not to put pictures of your self in your school uniform because they cen find out where the school is and then where you are.
-sexting is when somebody uses their mobile phone to send an inappropriate text or image to other people.
-the laws associated with sexting are if you send a sext to some one under the age of 18 it is breaking the law.
-the best way to avoid others hacking into your computer is to keep your password private dont even tell your friends. make sure you put a compicated pass word and have a couple of capital letters in it.
-If your account has been hacked you should go to your account and chande you pass word.
-the difference between 'Sexual Assault' and 'Sexual Harassment' is sexual assualt is when some one touches you in a way you dont want them to and sexual harassment is went some one continues to assault you.
-if i was harassed over the internet i think i would delete the site that i was on such as facebook. or i would just stop using the internet.

-What is the age of criminal responsibility? 10 years of age.
-What is the age of consent for sexual activity?16 years old
-What are the laws regarding individuals under 13 years old? if they are under 13 they will be prosicuted.
-What are the laws regarding Harassment of sexual, racial, or ethnicity? they will be prosicuted.
-What are the laws regarding Cyber bullying?Someone who is cyberbullying (bullying using technology) another person can be prosecuted.
-What are the laws regarding Sexting? 'Sexting' (sending a sexual photo of yourself or someone else via text) is against the law as whoever has that picture on their phone.This means that person can be prosecuted under the Sexual Offences .

1. i nearly know all my friends on facebook apart fom a guy that added me from indonesia. there are some people that added me from over seas.

2. i have always had the same password on my facebook and my space.

3. i dont think you would find out much if you searched me on the internet because i dot put any really personal information about me on there.
